Customer Order Terms & Conditions

Dear Customer,

Thank you for placing your order with Kitchen Empire.

 

By payment of the deposit, you accept Kitchen Empire’s terms and conditions as stated below.

 

We will make every endeavour to have your goods available by the nominated date, and will contact you as soon as we can to organise delivery.

We want you to have a great experience when dealing with us and ask that you take a few minutes to read the following.

1. Kitchen Empire takes every care to ensure design of our kitchens are 100% to required specifications but the final check, sign off & confirmation of ALL drawings/dimensions are responsibility of the client. All drawings are needed to be confirmed by the client prior to the order being placed & deposit paid.
2. Clients shall not alter the working/installation prior to the cabinetry being installed as this may cause issues during installation.
3. At the time you place your order we need to take a minimum 30% deposit.
4. Any goods that are custom made or custom cut are non-returnable,
as our suppliers will not take them back. So, please choose carefully. All design, specifications, colours, materials, and plans are final and agreed upon when your deposit is made.
5. When your order is ready, we will contact you to organise pick-up, or if required delivery of your goods.
6. Delivery costs are included in the total price of the quote. We will inform you when expected delivery will be made to your address. Should you wish to have your goods delivered at a different time we require your request in writing, prior to delivery. Should Kitchen Empire need to redeliver goods for any reason, any additional costs that are incurred will be passed on to client.
7. Full payment for goods is required, prior to installation of your goods commencing. Until the total balance has been settled, goods are to be the property of Kitchen Empire.
8. In the event that full payment has not been made by delivery, any additional costs including but not limited too, transport, storage, labour, holding fee’s – will be paid for by the client and added to the remaining balance owed.
9. We have a number of payment methods available.
You can choose from Cash, Bank Transfer, Mastercard, Visa.
10. In the event that there is damage to goods during transport and/or prior to unloading, or during installation Kitchen Empire will fix or replace.
11. In the event there is damage to the goods, goods are stolen or any items are missing while in storage and/or under care by the client, after it has been unloaded from the container and prior to installation,  Kitchen Empire is not liable for any loss or damage.
